2014 Football Crew Open Date Sheet

The new online Football Open Date Sheet process is now ready for your use. Previous paper Open Date Sheets will not be used or accepted. Only Football Crew Chiefs, both new and existing, will be allowed to use the new online process to electronically file their Crew information and Open Dates for the 2014 season.
